Facts, Return and Refund Policy

"Rush Orders"- We do not offer rush orders on any of our products, all of our products are handmade and made with care so if it's rushed there is bound to be flaws.

"Return Policy"- We do not offer returns, especially on our handmade crochet items, if sizing is an issue we maybe able to work around it once item is proven and shown to us it is an issue. Must email us a picture with correct mesurements, time frame for resizing could be the same time as original turn around time.

"Refund Policy"-WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! Unless there is an issue on our end.

"Facts"- Our products are made with care and in order for them to last long they must be handled with care, our cups are to be handwashed and air dried only. Our handmade crochet items can be handwashed with your choice of detergent but MUST be hang dried to keep any form of shape/elasticty.
